GC Tuning Terms & Conditions

All services provided by GC Tuning are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Vehicle Condition

• All vehicles must be in full working mechanical order and properly maintained before arriving for a remap or service. Any pre-existing faults should be recorded. Vehicle upkeep is the responsibility of the owner.
• GC Tuning reserves the right to refuse service, repair, or remap if any faults are identified.

Mobile Services

• If a mobile service is requested, GC Tuning reserves the right to charge for the visit, even if no work is completed for any reason, including vehicle condition.

Requested Solutions

• Services will be carried out as requested. If GC Tuning advises against a specific solution, we reserve the right to refuse. We accept no responsibility for further work required after the requested solution (e.g., manual removals, blanking plates).

Liability & Data

• GC Tuning accepts no responsibility for loss of radio codes or other vehicle data during any service or remap.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Any reading or writing of our software on your vehicle invalidates tuning warranties provided by other tuners or tools.

Performance Figures

• All BHP and torque figures are approximate and may vary between vehicles.

Insurance & Legal

• GC Tuning is fully insured for both vehicle and public liability. Insurance coverage will only be used for genuine complaints. Non-technical or third-party opinions (e.g., “another company said the map is bad”) will not be considered.
• You are responsible for informing your insurance provider of any remap.
• GC Tuning does not accept liability for death, personal injury, loss of earnings, accidents, damages, faults, or legal claims during or after any service/remap.
• No warranty is provided for your vehicle. GC Tuning does not accept responsibility for mechanical or electrical failures, including turbos, clutches, flywheels, engine internals, or other serviceable parts. Claims for labour or parts will not be accepted.

Refunds & Payments

• Refunds are at the discretion of GC Tuning.
• All payments are due on completion of work. No credit or instalments are allowed unless finance is arranged with our partners, which may carry a 9–20% fee depending on work.
• Work to return a vehicle to its original condition is a paid service, starting from £40.

Changes

• GC Tuning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Booking Terms & Conditions



• GC Tuning reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any booking.
• Offered dates are held for 24 hours. If the booking is not confirmed within this period, the date will become available to other customers.
• A non-refundable booking fee of £30 may be required to confirm a service or remap. Acceptance of these terms confirms your agreement that the booking fee is non-refundable, even if the booking is changed.
• By contacting GC Tuning, you agree that all services are provided under these terms and conditions.
• A 7-day cooling-off period applies from the date of payment. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 90 days.
